The service here is terrible. Why are all sonics so good but this one on the skids? Holy crow! Get it together you guys. For the sake of the entire chain as a whole we need to have good service and great food consistently in our community. You have a duty to all those around you to really try your best. Come on guys.

Disgusting. We waited over 30 minutes for cold, stale food. Our tater tots were smushed. The employees were rude and disgusting. Keep driving, this place is a disaster. We didn't even complain about food, just threw it out because we wouldn't have been able to trust what they brought out to replace it. I can't believe this Sonic hasn't been shut down by a health inspector.

I right this as I've been sitting for over half an hour waiting on my food. If I could give them zero stars I would. it took 15-20 minutes to get my food and then another five to get my order corrected, when I finally got it corrected it took another 10-15 to get my Luke warm mushy Tater tots. None of the food was above average for a sonic it wasnt even average. The portions were lacking for a sonic. The only reason we stopped here was because it is the only place and we thought a Sonic couldn't be that bad, but we were proven wrong.

I would give zero stars if possible. We could hardly understand the person taking our order and they sounded miserable and as if we were troubling her. Then gave us our ice cream without spoons or napkins, our drink was incorrect and ice cream was the incorrect size. I walked to the door to ask for spoons and the correct drink. She brought me 6 spoons when I only needed one. It was as if again I was troubling them and they were trying exaggerate the request, if they would of brought one spoon in the first place I wouldn't of asked. She (Summer) shoved a receipt in my face saying I didn't order a cherry coke. I explained I tried to correct the girl taking the order many times and she seemed to finally get it needed to be cherry. I then said forget it and began to walk away only to have the employee throw the receipt at me!! What a terrible Sonic. I don't have high standards for fast food places especially in this small of a town but this was just unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible. Numerous bad experiences caused me to completely stop going here. I believe their food is microwaved, or either just not prepared correctly, because the quality is extremely poor compared to other Sonic locations. It's very typical for this location to be slow to answer your initial call light, and then they are likely to mess your order up one way or another. Rude doesn't even begin to describe the workers here. I heard it's under new management, but from what others have told me it hasn't helped to improve anything. Sounds like they need to get rid of everyone currently there and start over, or better yet just close this location since it's gotten so bad. I would avoid this particular Sonic at all costs and make the trip to Dumas or Monticello where you'll find much better alternatives. However if you like throwing money away, I guess this is the place for you.
